This is a static website. It has no accounts, no login, no database and no server-side code. It does not collect, store or transmit your information.
No user accounts
The website does not create user accounts. There is nothing to register for, no login, and no profile associated with you.
Service requests are not stored
The website does not store service-request information. The service-request form does not send anything to a server.
When you complete the form and submit it, the page assembles the details you typed into a plain-text summary and hands that to your own email application using a standard mailto: link. Your email app then opens with a draft addressed to primrosechp@gmail.com. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it, and the message travels through your own email provider — not through this website.
The “Copy Request Details” button works the same way: it copies the summary to your clipboard so you can paste it wherever you like. Nothing leaves your device as a result of pressing it.
No payment information
The website does not collect payment information. There is no checkout, no payment processing, and no facility to enter card or banking details anywhere on this site.
No unnecessary tracking cookies
The website does not use unnecessary tracking cookies. It does not run third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or social tracking scripts. It does not use browser storage to profile visitors.
What your browser does on its own
Like any website, pages are delivered by a web host, and that host may keep standard server logs (for example the requesting IP address and the page requested) for security and operational purposes. That is a function of web hosting generally, not something this website configures or uses.
Links to other services
Some links open services outside this website — for example a map application when you look up the Rhinebeck location, your phone app when you tap a phone number, or your email app when you tap an email address. Once you leave this website, the privacy practices of that other service apply.
